Clear Height Properties/Long Wharf Capital Acquire Light Industrial Building in Broadview, Illinois

A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) and Boston-Massachusetts-based private equity real estate manager Long Wharf Capital (“Long Wharf”) has acquired 2400 South 27th Avenue in Broadview, Illinois. The 37,254 square foot building includes 1,800 square feet of office space, three wide-span drive-in doors and two dock-high doors. The property also includes an oversized paved and secured industrial yard.
The NAI Hiffman team of Joe Bronson, Paddy Dwyer, and Patrick Clifford were the sole brokers in the sale and have been retained to lease the property.
