Clear Height Properties completed 30 new and renewal leases totaling 618,000 SF in Q3 2025 bringing the total to 1,100,000 SF for the year.

  • 354,000 square foot renewal completed with a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures.
  • Roger Williams and Catie Medeiros with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

1201 Wiley Road, Schaumburg, IL

  • 35,000 square foot renewal and expansion with Strategic Mobility Group, a technology provider that designs and integrates mobile solutions for enterprises. 
  • Brad Frank and Jordan Rovito with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

1845 Western, West Chicago, IL

  • 31,000 square foot new lease completed with the largest U.S. distributor of plumbing and HVAC products.
  • Kevin Segerson and Clayton Thorson with CBRE represented Ferguson and Kelly Disser, Michael Freitag, TJ Feeny and Natalie Schisel with NAI Hiffman represented Clear Height.
