A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) and Harbert US Real Estate (“HUSRE”), an investment strategy sponsored by Harbert Management (“HMC”), has acquired a 43,750 square foot, multi-tenant light industrial building located at 9700 Industrial Drive in Bridgeview, Illinois. The property is located immediately off the 4-way interchange of I-294 and 95th Street. 

Jeff Locascio, SIOR and Chris Wilbur of Entre Commercial Realty were the sole brokers in the purchase transaction and have been retained by Clear Height to market the property for lease.
