Three Tenants Sign Leases Totaling Approx. 27,400 Sq. Ft. at 26TWENTYFIVE in Oak Brook

Three leases totaling 27,374 square feet of space have been completed at 26TWENTYFIVE in Oak Brook. The 214,767-square-foot building is owned by Clear Height Properties. The leasing agent for the building is NAI Hiffman.

  • In the first lease, BestRx leased 21,738 square feet of space and will occupy space on the second floor of the building. The family-owned pharmacy software business that works with independent pharmacies is relocating its operations from another location in Oak Brook. They are expected to move into their new space during first quarter 2022.
  • In another lease, MedOP Solutions, a healthcare consulting and talent acquisition firm, has completed a lease expansion totaling 3,801 square feet which represents a nearly doubling of space since moving into the building approximately eight months ago.
  • In the final lease transaction, Supreme Home Health, a home healthcare solutions provider, completed a lease extension for 1,835 square feet. The company has been a tenant of the building since 2007.

“Despite the headlines in the news about the struggling office market, 2625 Butterfield proves that a good location, with quality amenities at a good price point will lease in any cycle of the market,” Adam Johnson, Executive Vice President, Office Services, NAI Hiffman, said. “Our occupancy levels continue to climb, and the building is one of the more active in the East/West Corridor.”

With this level of leasing activity, as well as that which has occurred consistently, building occupancy has continued to rise in spite of the pandemic. The occupancy rate now stands at 87%. Available space in the building ranges from 649 square feet to 11,000 square feet.

In 2020 Clear Height completed an expansive renovation and repositioning of the building where it also occupies space. As part of the program, Clear Height breathed new life into a tired asset and made it more appealing. The work included exterior façade improvements, a comprehensive new look and feel to the building’s lobby and common areas, and the addition of a state-of-the-art fitness center, atrium lounge, conference/meeting room spaces and an on-site deli.

The NAI Hiffman leasing team at 26TWENTYFIVE, working closely with Clear Height’s Vice President of Asset Management & Acquisitions, Joe Young, includes Johnson along with his partners Dan O’Neill, Executive Vice President, and Tom Gnadt, Senior Associate, both in the Office Services Group. David Ven Horst of Tenant Advisors, Inc. represented BestRx. Cody Cowgill and Steve Rasiarmos of Bespoke Commercial represented Supreme Home Health.
