Clear Height Properties Acquires Industrial Service Facility (ISF) in Morton Grove, Illinois
Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) has acquired a vacant ISF located at 6401 Oakton Street in Morton Grove, Illinois.
Clear Height will implement a capital improvement plan and then reintroduce the property to the market.
When completed, the property will include a single-tenant light industrial building of 33,225 square feet on over 3-acres of land. The property will include 2 acres of secured outdoor space for storage and/or fleet parking for over 100 delivery vans.
Angelo Labriola & Paul Cawthon of SVN Chicago Commercial were the sole brokers in the purchase transaction.
Brendan Green and Patrick Turner of Colliers have been retained to market the property for lease.
