The property consists of over 4.5 acres of outside storage, ideal for truck and trailer parking or equipment storage and two connected service buildings totaling 20,000 square feet with three oversized drive-in doors and triple-catch basins. The property further features an automated entrance gate, separate auto parking, truck scale, and LED lights in the outside storage yard.
Dylan Maher and Brian Vanosky of Lee & Associates were the sole brokers in the purchase transaction and have been retained by Clear Height to market the property for lease.
