Madison Forster of Clear Height Properties Named to BOMA/Suburban Chicago Board of Directors
Clear Height Properties is proud to announce that Madison Forster, who leads the firm’s property management team, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of BOMA/Suburban Chicago.
BOMA/Suburban Chicago (Building Owners and Managers Association) has represented the commercial real estate industry for more than 50 years, serving professionals across suburban Cook, DuPage, Kane, and Lake Counties as well as Rockford. The organization advocates for the industry, provides education and professional development, and represents nearly 40 million square feet of office space in the region.
At Clear Height Properties, Forster brings a high-energy, high-performance mindset to tenant relations, building operations, investor reporting, and risk management—always with a focus on creating better experiences and long-term value. Her background includes managing hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial property at Sterling Bay and CommonWealth Partners.
She currently serves on BOMA Suburban’s Program Committee and is a former chair of BOMA Chicago’s Emerging Leaders Committee. An Illinois real estate licensee, Forster holds a BA in business communication and is actively pursuing her RPA® certification.
