Clear Height Properties Acquires 85,364 Square Feet of Flex Buildings In Northbrook and Schaumburg

Clear Height, along with its investment partners, recently closed on the acquisition of 700-714 Landwehr Road, a 41,835 square foot, multi-tenant flex industrial property located in Northbrook, Illinois and 1000 State Parkway, a 43,799 square foot, multi-tenant flex industrial property located in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Clear Height originally acquired the notes of both properties in 2015 but recently took title after completing the foreclosure process with the borrower.

The building in Northbrook is located in the Sky Harbor Business Park and is 88% leased. There is a 5,094 square foot vacant space available for lease with brand new office space, restrooms and a kitchenette. Clear Height has hired Peter Balyeat with Korman & Lederer to market the building for lease.

The building, named Woodfield Business Center, is located in the largest business park in Schaumburg and is 94% leased. There is a 2,600 square foot vacant space available for lease. Clear Height has hired Jeff Feste with JBS Commercial to market the building for lease.

Clear Height plans to make several base building and cosmetic improvements to both properties including new signage, resurfacing the parking lots, replacing the roofs and new HVAC systems.
