Danley’s Signs Office Lease in O’Hare Market; Clear Height Properties Welcomes Chicago Institution to 1400 S. Elmhurst Road

Danley’s, the custom garage builder, has completed a lease for 4,556 square feet of office space at 1400 S. Elmhurst Road in Elk Grove Village, within the O’Hare submarket. The building where Danley’s has opened a new office is owned and managed by Clear Height Properties.

Danley’s has been a Chicago garage builder since 1959. In 60 years the company has built more than 100,000 garages throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Danley’s will use this location as a sales and project management office for the firm that is based in Northbrook.

1400 S. Elmhurst Road is a 78,039-square-foot flex building located along Elmhurst Road. The location, on the eastern side of Elk Grove Village, provides great proximity to O’Hare Airport. Additionally, the location provides easy access to I-90 via Elmhurst Road interchange.  The building has available office suites ranging in size from 1,436 square feet to 9,667 square feet and available flex/warehouse suites of approximately 2,700 sf.   Clear Height Properties acquired 1400 S. Elmhurst Road in May 2018.
