Clear Height Properties Welcomes Kevin Carlson as Executive Director of Capital Markets
Clear Height Properties is pleased to announce the addition of Kevin Carlson as Executive Director of Capital Markets, further strengthening the company’s commitment to strategic growth and investor partnership.
In his role, Kevin will lead all equity and debt capital raising efforts, drive long-term capital partnerships, and oversee financing strategies that support Clear Height’s vision for transformational growth. He will partner closely with the firm’s acquisitions, finance, and leadership teams to align capital strategies with investment goals and recurring revenue targets, while also shaping Clear Height’s evolving capital platform, including the development of fund products and investor tools that enhance the partner experience.

Prior to joining Clear Height, Kevin co-led the Capital Markets team at Brennan Investment Group, supporting a $6.4 billion national industrial platform. His background also includes acquisition, development, and lending roles at Ashland Capital and Wintrust Bank, where he built strong relationships with investors, lenders, and partners across the commercial real estate sector.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. He is an active member of NAIOP’s Developing Leader program, and volunteers with First Tee, helping provide access to golf for underprivileged youth.
