Clear Height Properties/Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners Joint Venture Acquire Industrial Service Facility (“ISF”) in DuPage County

A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) and Denver-Colorado-based Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners (“WDIP”) has purchased a vacant ISF located at 1845 Western Drive in West Chicago, Illinois.

This unique property includes a 2.5 acre secured concrete yard with an 11,000 SF, five-bay maintenance building. There is a separate building on the property ideal for office, will-call, dispatch and/or showroom.

Ryan Klink of Cushman & Wakefield represented Clear Height in the purchase transaction and has been retained, along with Michael Magliano, to market the property for lease.
