Clear Height Properties Leases 302,000 SF in Second Quarter of 2026

OAK BROOK, IL (July 13, 2026) 

Clear Height Properties completed 40 new and renewal leases totaling 302,000 SF in the second quarter.  

“Vacancy rates in our asset class continue to be at historic lows. We leased two of our larger vacancies in the quarter which demonstrates continued demand for great industrial assets.” said Max Hoye, Director of Leasing with Clear Height.  

Significant transactions included: 

1975 Hawthorne, Melrose Park, IL 

  • A 58,715 square foot new lease was signed with Kitchen Art Cabinetry, a regional cabinet manufacturer. 
  • Murray Karbin with Summit Commercial represented Kitchen Art. Matt Garland and Andrew Maletich with Cawley represented Clear Height.

220 Fencl, Hillside, IL 

  • A 54,037 square foot new lease was signed with NuvoMed, a medical device and supplies distributor.  
  • Sean Austin with Lee & Associates represented NuvoMed. Pat Turner, Brendan Green, Tom Rodeno and Rob Sullivan with Colliers represented Clear Height.

550 Commons, Aurora, IL 

  • A 15,233 square foot renewal was signed with Reliable Medical, one of the largest durable medical equipment providers in the Midwest.  
  • Michael Kraft with NAI Hiffman represented Reliable.
