Clear Height Properties Leases 262,000 SF in Q2 2025

Clear Height Properties completed 40 new and renewal leases totaling 262,000 SF in Q2 2025 bringing the total to 495,000 SF for the year.

“We were excited to close out the first half of the year with some great leasing activity,” said Max Hoye, Director of Leasing at Clear Height. “Our multi-tenant 5,000-20,000, spaces have not missed a beat, seen continued rent growth, and expedited down times. Our larger spaces continue to garner strong interest and proposals which leaves our team optimistic on the overall Chicago industrial market.”
Significant transactions in the second quarter of 2025 included:

  • 9999 Virginia, Chicago Ridge, Illinois
    • 60,000 square foot new lease completed with Team Line, LLC, a regional transportation company.
    • Kelly Disser, Michael Freitag, Bill Byrne, and TJ Feeny with NAI Hiffman represented the Tenant and Adam Haefner, Zeke Rowan, Marty Mikaitis, and Nick Fazio with Avison Young represented Clear Height.
  • 960 Industrial, Elmhurst, Illinois
    • 16,000 square foot new lease completed with Instrumentum, the emerging leader in surgical instrument sterilization services.
  • 11711 Chesterdale, Cincinnati, Ohio
    • 14,000 square foot renewal with Professional Cabling Systems.
    • Roddy MacEachen and Jaren Wagoner with Sq Ft Commercial represented the Tenant and Seattle Stein with Cushman & Wakefield represented Clear Height.
