Clear Height Properties completed 31 new and renewal leases totaling 256,000 SF in the fourth quarter bringing the annual total to 143 leases and 1,356,000 SF.

Significant transactions in the fourth quarter of 2025 included:

1400 Morse, Elk Grove Village, IL

  • 71,000 square foot new lease with a Italian auto parts manufacturer who consolidated multiple operations to Elk Grove Village.
  • Vaneesa Peters with SVN represented the tenant and Terry Herlihy, Mark Baumhart and Harrison Taylor with NAI Hiffman represented Clear Height.

  • 45,000 square foot renewal with Dynamic Group, a regional cabinet manufacturer.

1550 Fullerton, Addison

  • 16,500 square foot renewal with The Design Agency, a global leader in the design and management of exhibits and events.
