 A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) and Harbert US Real Estate (“HUSRE”), an investment strategy sponsored by Harbert Management Corporation (“HMC”), has acquired a 72,000 square foot, multi-tenant light industrial building located at 19410 South La Grange Road in Mokena Illinois. The property is located less than one and one-half miles South of I-80.

Joshua Hearne, SIOR and Reinier Pranger of Cawley Commercial Real Estate represented Clear Height in the purchase transaction and have been retained by Clear Height to market the property for lease.
