Clear Height Properties/Harbert U.S. Real Estate acquire Multi-Tenant Light Industrial Building in Aurora, Illinois

 A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) and Harbert US Real Estate (“HUSRE”), an investment strategy sponsored by Harbert Management Corporation (“HMC”), has acquired a 45,000 square foot, two-unit light industrial building located at 1700 Landmark Road, Aurora, Illinois, located in Chicago’s I-88 submarket.

Ryan Samuelson of Corcoran Commercial Real Estate was the sole broker in the purchase transaction and has been retained by Clear Height to market the property for lease, along with Phil Smith of Corcoran.
