Clear Height Properties/Harbert U.S. Real Estate Acquire Five-Building, Multi-Tenant Light Industrial Portfolio in Cincinnati, Expanding Ohio Presence

A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) and Harbert US Real Estate (“HUSRE”), an investment strategy sponsored by Harbert Management Corporation (“HMC”), has acquired a five-building, multi-tenant light industrial portfolio totaling 231,741 square feet in Cincinnati Ohio from a fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management.
The five buildings in the portfolio are split between two separate complexes. The first complex in Blue Ash, Ohio consists of two adjacent buildings totaling 77,500 square feet with eight units. The second complex in Springdale, Ohio consists of three adjacent buildings totaling 154,241 square feet with eleven units.
