Clear Height Properties Acquires Multi-Tenant Light Industrial Building in Wood Dale, Illinois

Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) has acquired a 57,000 square foot, two-unit light industrial building located at 712 North Central Ave in Wood Dale, Illinois, in DuPage County and in Chicago’s best performing O’Hare submarket.

One of the units in the building is leased and the second unit will be available for occupancy in the first quarter of 2024, following completion of Clear Height’s capital improvements. The unit will offer 22’ clear ceiling heights and five dock-high doors. 

Patrick Sullivan of NAI Hiffman was the sole broker in the purchase transaction.

The NAI team of Kelly Disser, Michael Freitag and Bill Byrne have been retained by Clear Height to market the vacancy for lease.
