Clear Height Properties Acquires 20,648 SF Single-Tenant Industrial Building in Chicago’s Northwest Cook Submarket

Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) has acquired a 20,648 square-foot single-tenant, fully leased industrial building located at 614 East State Parkway in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The property’s features include 3,400 square feet of office space, two drive-in doors, one dock-high door, 21’ clear warehouse ceiling height and more than 50 car parking spaces.

The building is the long-time home of Machinery Systems, Inc., a CNC machine distributor, who will continue to occupy the building.

The property marks the sixth industrial building Clear Height owns and operates in the immediate business park located at the Southwest intersection of I-90 and I-290.
