Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) has acquired a 21,400 square-foot vacant industrial building located at 605 Bonnie Lane in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
The property consists of a 21,400 square foot single-tenant building with 2,000 square feet of office space, two dock-high doors, one drive-in door, and parking for 25 vehicles.
The property is located three blocks west of the intersection of Busse Road and Higgins Road in the center of Chicago’s O’Hare industrial submarket.
Clear Height plans to reskin the building using a combination of Dryvit and aluminum panels and the landscaping will be redesigned. “We are excited to begin executing our business plan to enhance this property,” said Arturo Radilla, Clear Height’s Director of Project and Development Services.
The property is the sixth industrial building Clear Height owns and operates in Elk Grove Village.
Trinity Scurto of Brown Commercial Group represented the seller. Ross Lehrman, Joe Karmin, and Justin Lerner of Transwestern represented Clear Height. The Transwestern team is being retained to market the building for lease.
