Clear Height Properties Leases Newly Renovated Industrial Service Facility (“ISF”) in Addison to Fortune 50 Global Shipping and Logistics Firm

Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) has leased a single-tenant 34,700 square-foot ISF located at 1404 West Fullerton Avenue, in Addison, Illinois.

Clear Height purchased the property in September 2022 vacant and executed a series of capital improvements including a new roof, new mechanicals, new drive-in doors, parking lot replacement, and exterior painting.

“Getting this project completed and lease signed in this shortened timeframe highlights the capabilities of the entire Clear Height team. We are thrilled to add another blue-chip tenant to our portfolio and are excited to repeat this value-add play,” said Max Hoye, Director of Leasing, Clear Height Properties.

The building is centrally located in DuPage County with immediate access to I-355 between I-290 and Route 83. The property features seven drive-thru service bays and an additional 1.5+ acres of secured land for outside storage and/or trailer parking.

The property marks the 18th industrial property Clear Height owns and operates in Addison, Illinois.
